A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your spot on our waitlist. This deposit is applied directly toward your puppy's total purchase price of $2,500. The remaining $2,000 balance is due at pickup. Deposits are transferable to a future litter if your first choice litter does not work out for any reason.

If your dog is diagnosed with a covered genetic condition by a licensed veterinarian, we will work with you on a replacement puppy or a negotiated resolution. We prefer in-person pickup at our home in Chandler, AZ so we can meet you, answer your questions, and give you a proper puppy sendoff. That said, we understand not every family is local.

Yes! We welcome one scheduled in-person visit per approved family once the puppies are 5 weeks old. Before that age, we limit outside exposure to protect the health of the litter. Throughout the whelping and development process, all deposit holders receive regular photo and video updates so you can watch your puppy grow from week one.
